DesignPhiladelphia October 7-17

To fully understand what all the parts are to DesignPhiladelphia this year you really need to visit their website. According to their materials this is the nation's largest celebration of its kind. It's a city-wide initiative featuring many creative disciplines from architecture to interior design, fashion to product design, multi-media to graphic design.

My work will be included in something called VPAP (Virtual Public Art Project.) The basic concept is that artwork has been created that will only be visible by using your smart phone. 3D art, some very large and installed in unusual places, will be on view near City Hall and the Ester Kline Gallery starting October 7th. You can get the full story at breadboardphilly.org.

And there's a lot more to do and see, the tags on the side of the DesignPhiladelphia web page say it all.
