Links for the blog roll and more

It's time that I update my blog roll. I'll be adding some of the following and dropping others from the sidebar in the near future.

On the writing front  on-verge is a fairly new project that presents the "writing, opinions and musings of CUE’s Young Art Critic Mentoring Program Alumni." On-verge has a blog-like look and feel but weighs more heavily on the written word than on images. There's a nice balance between current art issues and art history, with one informing the other.

creative thrift shop is out of Brooklyn but takes a world view of art. Check out their blog, warehouse and publications.

Since there's so much going on and so little time an art aggregator can be a handy tool. Try artnewsday. Hey, I just saw romanblog2 on there along with other area Philadelphia and New York blogs. Good images too.

Photographer, friend and foodie, Nat Caccamo, has a blog that will feed your mind and stomach.

Rhizome is known for their new technology slant on the arts and that includes their excellent opportunity listings.

artloversnewyork is someplace worth checking out. Art, music, photos, Cinders...

For bloggers this will come in handy, clichesite.

Great place to shop for artists, set designers, photographers. Rosebrand

Smooth-on is a great place for sculptors.

Parking coupons for Chelsea and all of Manhattan.

The image is a photograph by Nat Caccamo. He has his work listed by category on the right sidebar.
