The Guardian has this great series going where they feature one artist's work with images and a review. This week is Diann Bauer. I was shooting video of a group of artists at work and the subject of typography in art came up. I think that Diann Bauer is an example of an artist who pulls it off in a big way.
Jonathan Jones, resident critic at guardian.co.uk, has a piece well worth reading titled "Don't believe the hype about contemporary art".
